I am under direction, to collect the stakeholder's feedback for the Annual Year 2025-2026 for CIQA .
For the current Academic Year (2025–2026), the feedback tools have been designed around the theme:
“Integration and Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Teaching–Learning Process in Open, Distance and Digital Learning (ODDL)”.
Accordingly, the following key dimensions have been incorporated into the stakeholder questionnaires:
- Awareness and familiarity with AI tools
- Frequency and areas of AI usage
- Perceived usefulness in teaching–learning and learner support
- Training and orientation needs
- Suggestions for effective institutional integration
In this context, the feedback tool has been developed by the CIQA Working Group to capture the perspectives of Academic Counsellors and IGNOU learners. The same has been put into the Google Form format for easy collection and compilation, the links of which are given hereunder.

It may be known that feedback tools are a vital mechanism for enhancing the teaching–learning process and strengthening the overall quality of the University’s systems. And in line with quality assurance requirements, the University undertakes the collection of stakeholder feedback annually.
