1. Study material - tracking of study material, whom to approach in matters of returned SIMs, how to implement change of address, from where to access soft copy of SIMs (through sites and apps).
2. Counselling sessions – meaning and importance, online and F2F for ODL Programmes, academic counselling for online programmes, additional sources of recorded videos through Gyan Darshan / Swayam Prabha / Gyan Vani etc.
3. Assignments – assignment weightage, how to make assignments, where to submit with RC variations in submission policies, the date of assignment submission and academic calendar, validity of assignments and the process and tentative time to complete assignment evaluation and reflection on grade card.
4. Practical / Project / Fieldwork / Internship / Portfolio etc. – Brief discussion on this component which may be selectively applicable to Programmes. How, where and what of this component.
5. Term End Exam – time of exam form submission, assistance for Samarth online process of filling the exam form, general guidelines about filling of exam form in terms of fees payment for theory and practical, payment of project fees, change or no change in exam center, amanuenses, identity and admit card difference and importance.
6. Contact Points – discussion about LSC and RC – whom to contact for what. And when to contact the HQ Divisions. This should also include web contact points.
7. Additional Guidance – about reading Programme Guide, Prospectus, understanding the Programme structure, its components, academic requirements, minimum and maximum duration etc.
8. Peer Group Interaction – information related to formation and joining of WhatsApp groups, other social media groups, sources of authentic information to students etc. 

The Programme format will be as follows.

• Programme duration - 2 hours of which 1st hour will be of presentations and the 2nd hour will be of interaction with students /queries by RCs on behalf of students by RCs of Guwahati and Jorhat and EMPC studios. The time slot will be from 3 PM to 5 PM on 14th November 2025. 
• The Regional Centers will do presentations from remote locations through two-way audio-video provision by MS Teams (as done before)
• There will be four presentations of roughly 12-15 minutes time for each RCs of Jaipur, Cochin, Itanagar and Dehradun.
