क्षेत्रीय केंद्र जोधपुर द्वारा बार-बार अनुरोध करने पर भी आप में से कई विद्यार्थियों ने ऑनलाइन प्रवेश में आ रही कमियों को पूर्ण नही किया है अत : क्षेत्रीय केंद्र जोधपुर आपसे पुन: अनुरोध करता है कि नीचे दस्तावेजो की सूची बिन्दुवार दी जा रही है | कृपया इन दस्तावेजो का एक प्रतिलिपि/फोटोकॉपी सेट बनाकर क्षेत्रीय निदेशक, इग्नू क्षेत्रीय केंद्र जोधपुर, 439 कमला नगर अस्पताल के सामने, पाल लिंक रोड , जोधपुर- 342008 को 25/11/2022 तक प्रेषित करे |
2. ऑनलाइन प्रवेश परीक्षा फॉर्म की प्रतिलिपि
4. 10 वी एव 12 वी की अंकतालिका की प्रतिलिपि
5. STC/BSTC/D.EL.ED की अंकतालिका की प्रतिलिपि
6. STC/BSTC/D.EL.ED नियमित(FACE TO FACE ) रूप से करने का सर्टिफिकेट की प्रतिलिपि
7. स्नातक एव स्नातकोतर की अंकतालिका की प्रतिलिपि
8. जाति प्रमाण पत्र(SC/ST/OBC/EWS ) की प्रतिलिपि (यदि फॉर्म में भरा गया हो )
9. PH सर्टिफिकेट न्यूनतम 40% (यदि फॉर्म में भरा गया हो )
10. In case any change in the name (other than the one mentioned in his/her High School Certificate), then it is mandatory for the prospective learners to furnish legal evidence of having changed his/her name/surname while submitting the admission form, as givenbelow:
a. Attested copy of the Notification in a daily newspaper notifying the change ofname.
b. An attested copy of the Affidavit filed before the 1st Class Magistrate specifying the change in the name.
c. An attested copy of the Marriage Card/Marriage Certificate in case of women candidates for change in Surname.
