Job Profile :

• Orientation programmes for newly launched courses.
• Empanelment of Academic Counsellors.
• Establishment of LSCs.
• Promotion of all Scholarships including (Scholarship (Social Justice Department of Govt. of India and State Govt).
• Promotion of Scholarships (BalikaDoorasthSikshaYojana)
• Activation of New Programmes at all  LSCs
• Appointment/Renewal related works of Part-time staff at all LSCs
• Promotion and Publicity of IGNOU academic programmes
• Shifting  and Transfer of Student data between LSCs, if needed, as well as to Hqrs (Fresh & RR)
• Providing data of the learners whose theory and practical counselling needs to be done. Data is to be provided to Dr. Srivastava.
• Credit transfer and ID cards.
• Appointment and renewal of Academic Counsellors and maintain the database of Academic Counsellors etc.
• Staff Development and Welfare activities including Training/Seminar/ Workshop/Orientation of the Regional Centre.
• Nodal of CPDT project.
• Nodal of Jail Inmate Centres.
• Coordinator meeting and Orientation of part-time staff.
• Monitoring of LSCs located as per the movement orders issued by the Regional Director.
• Migration certificates.
