9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday except Gazetted Holiday)

Job Profile: 

• Promotion and Publicity of IGNOU academic programmes
• Examination related works such as identification of exam centres, appointment of observers, coordination with SED and Exam Centres. Orientation of exam superintendent, etc.
• Marksheetrelated issues of all learners under RC.
• All Entrance Exam.
• Projects, Practical, Internship (of all Programmes and all LSCs)
• Workshop & Internship
• Conducting Viva-Voce of project based subjects.
• Preparing practical and theory counselling schedule and conducting it. (This has to be done in coordination  with  Dr. Ali, if data merging, centre shifting is involved)
• Monitoring of LSCs located as per the movement orders issued by the Regional Director.
